The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the Zermatt-Sunnega funicular station, making it easy to explore the area and access other restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including meats, cheeses, eggs, and fresh fruit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the town center with easy access to all facilities. It is also very close to the Zermatt-Sunnega funicular station, making it convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The rooms are beautifully decorated and offer breathtaking views. The service is outstanding, with friendly and polite staff. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel offers great facilities such as a sauna and terrace.

One aspect that could be improved is the handling of special requests, as mentioned in a review. The hotel could have notified the guest earlier about their inability to provide a late check-out, allowing them to make alternative plans.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to easily park our car and the transportation to and from the hotel was seamless. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the fast sunnega funicular train, making it super convenient for those wanting to take a lift up the mountain. And the view.wow! It was the best view we have ever had, absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious items. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.
